RESERVATIONS NICARAGUA PERMANENT VACATION
RENTAL AGREEMENT: After you have chosen your vacation home with one of our experts, we will proceed to draw up a rental agreement between the agency and you to formalize the terms. The agreement will include the landlord’s information and our details, specifying the rental amount, number of nights, house rules, and clauses. To process the agreement, we need your identification document, email address, and contact number. You will need to complete, sign, and return it digitally.
DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE PROPERTY: Once the rental agreement has been signed by both parties, it is essential to reserve your requested dates. To do this, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the property for you. If the rental period is for one night, 100% of the deposit is required to reserve the property. PAYMENT METHODS: There are several payment methods available for our properties, all of which are secure. We have a BAC US dollar account; the details are provided in the contract, and you will need to send proof of payment to confirm your transfer. We accept credit and debit card payments via a payment link. This system is authorized by the UAF (Financial Analysis Unit). Credit and debit card payments do not qualify for discounts. We also offer Xoom delivery, which is easy and guaranteed. Depending on your preferred method, we will provide information via email.
CHECK-IN: One day before your arrival, your rental agent will contact you to coordinate your arrival. If you need transportation assistance, we will gladly recommend options, whether it’s a rental car or a private transfer, depending on your needs. Check-in usually occurs between 2 pm and 3 pm, depending on the property’s policies. We will send you the property’s location so you can arrive without any problems. If you need us to guide you, we can also do that; just be sure to let us know in advance so we can schedule it. Once we are at the property you have reserved, an agent will give you a tour, and if you have any questions, this will be the perfect time to ask them. We will then proceed to receive the remaining balance of the total rental payment. The property manager will give you the inventory. Once you have finished, you will need to pay the damage deposit, which will be returned to you within 24 hours if no damage occurs.
PROPERTY DAMAGE DEPOSIT: To rent a property, a security deposit is required. This deposit, which covers damages, ranges from US$100.00 and up, depending on the rental period and the property’s policies. Some properties return this deposit to the guest at the end of the rental period, while others require a 24-hour return period. Therefore, we recommend checking out calmly with the staff who provided the inventory at check-in.
COMMUNICATION DURING YOUR STAY: Your opinion is very important to us, and we want you to have an unforgettable vacation. That’s why we focus on maintaining open communication before, during, and after your rental. Please let us know of any questions or issues you may have so we can assist you in the best way possible.
CHECK OUT: Thank you for choosing us for your vacation. We hope it was a memorable one and that you’ll return soon. We’re at the final step of your vacation rental process, but certainly not the least important. One of our tips is to check out on time to avoid additional charges. If you wish to check out late, please check with your rental agent to see if the property offers this option, and an additional fee will apply, which varies depending on the property. Generally, you should organize your group so that everyone is out of their rooms about 20 minutes before the check-out time. Although the property manager will walk through the property with you to review the inventory, we recommend that you check everything yourself to ensure there are no damaged items, that remote controls are in place, and that all towels are available. This will make your check-out process much smoother.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: It’s important that if someone else joins your group after signing the contract, you notify your rental agent. Some vacation rentals charge extra depending on the maximum occupancy, while others may cancel the rental without a refund. Another very important point to remember is that CHILDREN must be included in the price quote for your vacation rental.
PETS: Pets are only allowed with prior authorization; if you fail to comply with this clause, the contract may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
Relax, enjoy, and let us take care of the rest.
